Prototype terms of use
RedTabl is provided for product demonstration and feedback.
No employment service
The jobs, companies, salaries, benefits, deadlines, and fit scores are fictional examples. RedTabl does not send applications, contact employers, verify eligibility, or guarantee interviews or outcomes.
Assessment limitations
The work-style reflection is not scientifically validated, medical or psychological advice, a diagnosis, or a hiring tool. Do not use it to make employment decisions.
Local prototype accounts
The optional sign-up flow stores only a basic profile and session marker in your browser. It is not a secure identity system. Passwords are validated for the form but are not stored.
Community prototype
Community posts, comments, reactions, polls, event RSVPs, saved notes and reminders, feed and block preferences, notifications, and report receipts stay in your browser. They are not visible to other people and are not reviewed by a live moderation team. Named, role-only, and anonymous modes demonstrate display choices only and do not represent verified identities.
Reports, attendance, and disputes
Report buttons in jobs, Academy, and Community create browser-local demonstration cases only. Employer attendance cases appear after three confirmed no-notice reports from distinct sample employers within six months. Attendance is excluded from match scores and cannot automatically reject, rank, advance, or contact a candidate. Admin notes, decisions, and disputes in this prototype are not reviewed by a live moderation or employment team.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to treat sample information as a real vacancy, submit sensitive personal or workplace information, misuse the prototype, or rely on it for legal, financial, immigration, or employment advice.
