RedTabl is an early-access concept for connecting work-style reflection, job discovery, and career learning in one clear experience.
What works today
You can create a browser-local profile, complete a work-style reflection, search twelve fictional roles, restore advanced filters from a shared URL, compare opportunities, save searches and companies, and move roles into an application tracker.
The Academy includes bundled video and article lessons, free and paid-access demonstrations, progress tracking, quizzes, and a Creator Studio with local video upload. Community includes Talk Tables, posts, replies, polls, saves, feed controls, notifications, identity previews, reports, and moderation receipts.
What is not live
There is no live job inventory, verified employer network, application submission, scientific assessment, public member network, real payment, email delivery, professional verification, or server-backed account system. Demo dashboards and marketplace activity are explicitly labelled sample data.
How the experience connects
A shared browser-local journey now links reflection, job discovery, company evaluation, application preparation, learning, and career conversations. Progress is a navigation aid only—it is never a candidate score and is not available to an employer.
How we will earn trust
RedTabl will publish outcome or adoption claims only when the evidence and method can be explained. Work-style signals should support candidate reflection, never employment screening or automated hiring decisions. Every future live action must show where data goes, who can see it, and how it can be removed.
